These "Male Nuts" are used to connect polymeric tubing in the low pressures zones of HPLC systems and other low pressure, fluidic uses. Tubing must be flanged and Washers are required to work properly, and sold separately.

High-flow quick-disconnect couplings consists of a body and an insert (order fitting halves separately). Plug insert into coupling body to connect¿fitting halves lock into place immediately. To disconnect fitting halves, simply press the button on the coupling body. Valved models have a spring-operated 316 SS valve that seals the flow path when fitting halves are disengaged. All fitting bodies have 316 SS latch springs and EPDM seals.

The protein encoded by this gene is an adaptor molecule that interacts with various cell surface receptors and mediates cell apoptotic signals. Through its C-terminal death domain, this protein can be recruited by TNFRSF6/Fas-receptor, tumor necrosis factor receptor, TNFRSF25, and TNFSF10/TRAIL-receptor, and thus it participates in the death signaling initiated by these receptors. Interaction of this protein with the receptors unmasks the N-terminal effector domain of this protein, which allows it to recruit caspase-8, and thereby activate the cysteine protease cascade. Knockout studies in mice also suggest the importance of this protein in early T cell development.

Low-flow genderless sterilizable connectors simplify process integration while maximizing flexibility
AseptiQuik genderless connectors provide secure connections and quick assembly. The interior flow path is never exposed to the exterior environment providing sterile connections, even in non-sterile environments. To use, unsnap and flip down the protective cover, align connectors with the pull tabs, slide the connectors together and squeeze until you hear an audible “click”, snap the tabs together, then pull the tabs to simultaneously remove both membranes from the connector halves. AseptiQuik connectors are made from ADIF materials.
